Chop dill weed and add to pot, about 2 Tbls of dried dill can be used instead of fresh. Cook 2 slices of bacon to taste, chop and add to soup. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, tumeric, basil, & thyme to taste. Mix 1/4 cup corn starch with about 1/4 1/2 cup water well, add to soup when very hot, stir constantly for a minute to thicken the soup.
